Outlook 2021 Outlook Display of HTML Email from two senders is glitchy

For the past several months?, email from Unclaimed Baggage and AliExpress do not display correctly. Both contain images that are not scaled properly, showing too large, or only showing a slice of the top of the image. The AliExpress messages also seem to have a problem with images and text in a table format. Adding all relevant domains to the junk mail safe senders only ensures that the images are downloaded.

I suspect it is from using MS Edge to display the HTML in the email, as 'show message in browser' uses the IE tab in Edge, where they do display correctly. Is there a way to force Outlook 2021 to use the IE HTML engine?

Weirdly, Edge works fine on both websites, but Firefox can't display AliEpress 🙃

I'm using Windows 10 pro, 22H2, and the frequent update version of Office Pro 2021, (Version 2210 Build 16.0.15726.20070) 64-bit
