Hi everyone,
I manage driver schedules for a logistics company, and for about three weeks, I’d been dealing with a really annoying issue. Seriously. Client appointments added to Outlook Classic at the office were no longer showing up in the app on my personal phone, which I use on call in the evenings to check the next day’s routes. As a result, some time slots were actually getting duplicated, with two drivers being sent to the same location... not exactly ideal from an organizational standpoint.
This went on for about ten days before I found anything that actually worked. I’d already tried resyncing the account and clearing the cache, but nothing helped. Anyway, I finally found the solution while reading a reply from Avaitor in an old thread about BoJack Horseman (yes, I hang around on an animation forum too, for the sake of my mental health balance). It turned out to be an account setting I’d never even heard of.
No more duplicate appointments since then. Let me know if anyone’s interested, and I’ll walk you through the steps.
