How can i see all the email addresses I have used but not saved ?

there are many email addresses that I have sent messages to but did not save

them to my contacts. is there a way to list them, so that i can save them?

i know i should have saved them right away...now i need to switch computers,

so this is getting quite inconvenient...
 
Generally addresses you have used / typed in the TO box are saved in the

'username'nk2 file

You cannot list them, except by use of third party tools, but you can copy

the file to the new installation, renaming as appropriate the 'username'
