Sure, but that has nothing at all to do with programming Outlook, the
purpose of this group.
How you get to that setting depends on your Outlook version, which you
didn't mention. Try Tools, Options, Other tab, Advanced Options button,
Startup in this folder setting. If that doesn't show the option post your
Outlook version.
