Replies and Forwards Option Grayed Out

Outlook 2010 32 bit
Email Account
Exchange Server
Outlook 2010, 32-bit, version 14.0.6129.5000. The Replies and Forwards option under File / Options / Mail is grayed out; unable to modify (see attached). Has anybody experienced this before?

This is a work computer? It looks like there is a group policy in effect that forces those two settings.

if you can open the registry editor, you can check - the policies are at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\14.0\outlook

You won't be able to change them, but can see if there is a policy controlling it.
 
Thank you. I'm not sure what /where the registry editor is, but have forwarded this to our desktop support; perhaps they know. Although it is a work computer, I don't believe it's a group policy since co-workers are able to modify this setting. Unless they have a disparity between User Groups somehow? I'll have our support group check further. Thank you.
