Get rid of having to type verification characters to send mail

Every time I send an e-mail I have to type in "verification characters", how

do I get rid of this message in order to send mail the usual way?
 
You can try getting this newsgroup via your outlook Express or windows Live

without having to login. I suggest click on this link to get this

particular newsgroup in your outlook express or your other default

newsreader:

You are probably using Outlook with Windows Live Hotmail Connector.

This has nothing to do with BCM. Please post in

microsoft.public.outlook.general
