Unable to send message with attachment

Hi




On a OWA client we have a trouble.




When click on "send" button, we get a red alert on top :


Unable to complete action. the element has been updated or on another computer or a mobile phone :confused:




I really don't understand what is the problem. on this account only OWA is actived

the title of this thread states you are attempting to send an attachment. What is the file extension of the attachment? What is the current file size of this attachment? The error could suggest the original contents were modified.

It sounds like you are trying to attach a file from another device maybe? This is kind of odd, but if indeed this is the case you just need to make sure your cloud connections are broken and the full file is reachable on the system you are using.
