I have a client (Real Estate Office) that likes to keep copies of all the emails that everyone has sent.
I set up an email account for Sent Emails (they are using Microsoft Online Exchange)
I then set a rule in Outlook that gets applied to all messages sent (on each computer/Outlook mailbox)
The rules states that all messages sent will get CC’d to sent@realtor.com
My client loves the simplicity – but wants the emails BCC’d instead of CC’d
Is there a way to do this?
