Auto changing "You" at start of sentence...very frustrating!

Several months ago I started noticing that when I start a sentence with "You" or some version of it that has that specific word in it (You'll, You're) but not "Your" or "Yourself" Outlook will automatically change my capital Y to a lower case why. So for example if I type "You should have come to the party" it will become "you should have come to the party". I have scoured the settings and found nothing. I can found no explanation for it but man is it frustrating. You don't really how many times you start a sentence with that word until something like this happens and you have to go back and change that first letter. Has anyone seen this and can anyone help?
 
My annoyance was typing your and having it converted to you're. :) That was because it was in autocorrect - file, options, mail - spelling & autocorrect, autocorrect options. Type you in the Replace field and see what comes up - you should have about 20 entries beginning with you. If you see one for You > you, select and delete it.
 
I checked that. No such luck. The only listing there is for "yoU" to be converted to "you". I thought about adding an entry for changing "you" to "You" but then I'd be dealing with that letter being capitalized in the middle of sentences all the time. I'm telling you, I have looked in every nook of Outlook. I can't find anything that on why this happening!
 
Now you know my frustration!

I didn't know about that command. Just tried it and that does change it to "You". Still some added keystrokes but it's easier than having to manually tab back and change it. Thanks for the suggestion.

I guess I'll never get to the real issue.
