Sent mail from ( Yahoo ) appear on hotmail sent box

I'm using outlook for hotmail, gmail and yahoo via IMAP for all of them.
When ever I send emails from one of my accounts ( Yahoo) in outlook , they only appear on Hotmail sent box in outlook and hotmail webmail ( as sent from yahoo), and they don't appear on my sent box of yahoo in outlook or webmail. I want any yahoo sent message to appear on Sent box in its yahoo sent box on outlook and in web mail
Another thing, when I send any email from outlook hotmail account it appear on web hotmail in sent box with no subject, but it has subject when opening the message itself, it has subject in outlook sent box too.
 
Thanks a lot for your reply, it solved the yahoo sent box problem, what about the second problem " hotmail appear in the web hotmail sent with no subject".
