We are migrating from 2010 to 2013 and use the 'old' Gmail for Business aps as the Mail server.
This Free Gmail service is quite old and is no longer supported by Google because they want you to migrate to the paid Google Apps for Business.
For a variety of reasons we cant undertake to migrate out of Gmail yet, but we ARE moving from Outlook 2010 to 2013 and here we have hit a compatibility wall.
Existing IMAP accounts in 2010 PSTs work fine but when we create the IMAP accounts in 2013 OSTs, the sent mail folder does dot synch at all.
I read in http://www.slipstick.com/how-to-outlook/configuring-special-imap-folders-outlook-2013/ and elsewhere about an issue with the old Gmail not honouring the XLIST protocol, and suspect this is my problem
Are there any suggestions on how to proceed?
