About a 2 months ago I purchased a new computer and installed Office 2013. Outlook had been working fine until the last week or so when I noticed that my inbox emails seemed to be getting stuck periodically. I could clear by closing out and restarting Outlook Then at some point in the last day- nothing. No emails and no syncing. I can send email and it shows up as being sent when my laptop syncs. The send/receive progress bar is stuck. When I open it says that it is synchronizing subscribed folders. When I select a folder I do see the synchronizing progress bar for a split second. No errors. Now, 20 min later - the send/receive bar is gone. Says connected. No errors and still no synchronization of folders.
My laptop (Outlook 2010) and Iphone continue to work fine.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
My laptop (Outlook 2010) and Iphone continue to work fine.
Things I have tried;
- online Office 2013 repair
- firewall on and off
- setting root folder path to Inbox
- leaving root folder bank
- verified incoming and outgoing server settings
- recreated offline ost file
- subscribing and unsubscribing imap folders
- did a system restore to an earlier date
- deleted email account and reinstalled
- Contacted my ISP to check their system and my settings -everything fine.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
