Hi,

I recently added my gmail account to Outlook,however,I am unable to receive email.

The error I am getting is -
Task 'alias@gmail.com - Receiving' reported error (0x80042108) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).''

Please help,

What server name are you using for the incoming server? The message indicates that either the server name is wrong, or the user/password or some other configuration is blocking it.

Do you have any other accounts configured in Outlook?

Can you send mail through the gmail account?
