Outlook 2010 - Calendar - always show 4 weeks in month view

Outlook 2010 calendar shows the current month in the month view - 4-5 or 6 weeks whichever is the case.

Is it possible tot always show 4 weeks - preferably with the current week in the top section?
 
No, sorry, its not possible to do it by default but you can select the weeks in the navigation pane to show only 4 weeks. It's not persistant and will need to be selected each time you go into the calendar.

"This week" never floats to the top - you need to scroll up to show it.
 
I already do the manual selections you suggest.

Pity there's no automatic possibility.
