Llimit the number of people accepting one of the "pick a date" meeting

I have 5 different meeting dates to propose but only want 5 attendees for each meeting.

How do I limit the number of people accepting the same calendar invitation and instead provided another option to pick another date?
 
Unfortunately, you can't do that with Outlook or the pick a date method. You either need to manage it yourself by checking the results, removing some users for meetings and telling people to pick a different date.

You'd need to use a web application that kept a tally for each meeting and didn't accept more people when the meeting was filled. Or ask people to pick their first and second choices and invite them to meetings.
