Occasionally, I find myself needing to change either the name of a PST or location. When I do this, I know that I have to use the 'Change Folder' button in the Account Settings > Email tab on the email account that has lost its connection to the original file. Usually it works, sometimes it doesn't. Today it just doesn't seem to stick. Why? and how can I make it 'stick'. It lets me select it in the dialog box, but it clears when I click OK.
Please note: I've done this countless times on various versions and I can usually get it to work. This time, I'm stumped. I've tried everything I know. (I've trained on Outlook since the first version (15 years ago?)
