Hi,

New member here hello! I would like to know from one of you pros what the proper placement of the share witness would be in the following setup.

Datacenter A: 1 CAS server and one mailbox server -active

Datacenter B: 1 CAS server and one mailbox server -passive

If we should drop connection between A and B from some reason... What would the correct placement of the fileshare witness be to prevent split brain.

Thanks for any help you can provide. :)

EDIT: Wrong forum :( sorry. I meant to post this in the the Exchange forum not OWA.
