Change the Display Name recipients see for Exchange account

Is it possible to change the name that people see when receiving an email from Exchange? For example two users Janet and John both configured with a generic email address info@mycompany.com So that when Janet sends an email the recipient sees Janet (info@mycompany.com) and the same if John sends an email the recipient sees John (info@mycompany.com) on their incoming email. This can be done with POP and IMAP in Outlook but I cant see where to do it in Outlook configured for hosted Exchange?
