for Mac: Assign Task not available!?

Hello,

The Outlook 2013 for Windows feature 'Assign Task' is not available in the new 2016 version for Mac. It's a shame.
I'm working in a team having running Mac and PC and sharing an Exchange account. Hence this missing 'Assign Task' feature is very important for us.
Is there any work-around, plug-in or what ever existing?
