I did a Windows 10 clean install. I bought Office 2016. I am using one Microsoft account, IMAP, and Exchange Active Sync. I have many folders for my emails and most have not brought in any emails. I can see the emails on Outlook.com. I have the same problem with Windows 10 mail, the folders don't sync the emails. I created a new profile, that didn't help. I can't believe that after all these years, Microsoft still can't keep Outlook in sync.
