Hello All

Complete noob here to Outlook VBA.

Is it possible to with VBA, to move mail from an existing archive folder and create them in a new (by Year) archive?

Currently my mails are everywhere (Different archive folders) but I need to sort them as it is a mission to look where the mail actually is.

Please note I have subfolders and mail needs to go to the correct folder older than 3 months by year sorted.

Is this possible to avoid all this manual labor?

i have this macro - Use a Macro to Move Aged Email in Outlook - it runs on the default inbox. With a little tweaking, it can work on any folder and move to any folder, including in another data file. it's a little more difficult to make it walk the folders looking for old mail, but it's possible if you have a lot of folders. if you only use a few folders, running it on each folder, one at a time will likely save time (you can waste a lot of time tweaking code. :))
