Worksheet doesn't show on jumplist

One of my Outlook 2016 worksheets does not show in the Recent Files jumplist and cannot be pinned. Since I use it a lot, how can I fix this? Is there a maximum number one can pin? I have 5 files pinned there now.

(Using Win 10 Pro x64)
