So recently I've noticed mine and everyone else's Outlook within the organisation Outlook freezes multiple times a day from anywhere between 30 to 50+ times a day. It's almost unusable at some points in the day. Our mail-provider is Office365 and running Outlook 2016
We have 'Use Cached Exchange Mode' turn off as this speeds up the searching (which we do a lot of) in the Shared Mailbox.
Here's what happens;
Any suggestions/ideas? It's close to going out the door!
