I’m experiencing a problem with my mail setup on a notebookwith Outlook 2013.
I have Outlook 2010 on my desktop and when I want to travel,I simply copy my PST files to an encrypted drive on my notebook and use themwith Outlook 2013. I know it's t bet practice, but it works just fine for me.
My desktop runs Windows 7 (32-bit) and my notebook runs Windows8.1 (64-bit).
I have three mail accounts in a single profile.
When I open Outlook on my notebook, the main e-mail accountperforms perfectly well (send/receive), but the other two have a send/receive error 0x8004010F
I close Outlook and go to Mail in Control Panel.
I select the profile, click on Properties and click on EmailAccounts.
When I select one of the erroring accounts and click on “ChangeFolder – Selected account delivers new messages to the following location” andselect the appropriate Inbox, - nothing happens.
I have checked the setup of the erroring accounts and they areset up correctly and also the data files are correct.
