people search returns 'email properties' for one contact

what a POS website. I replied to a comment. Then tried to edit my comment, but edit didn't work. Then saw that it deleted my reply, for some not clarified reason.
also tells me I am not authorized to 'make this response."

that link goes to same site as the last link you sent. 'ignite'. Now they tell me my account has been suspended, because an automated system didn't like it. really?

When doing search for info, I generally avoid any MS related sites. Rarely saw useful answers. Mostly people frustrated by the "expert" "comments."
 
I created a new contact form, with all same info, addresses, etc. except a different first name. same last name.
also rebuilt index.
searching on my last name returns the email properties. doesn't offer the new contact with same last name.

I changed the new contact first name to my real name. now searching on my name still returns email properties. searching on the fake name returns the same name in searchlist , but clicking on it gets a contact card, not email properties.

too confusing and bizarre to understand.
 
Open your Address Book.

For each Address Book Provider in the drop down. Select a Provider. Put your Last name in the Search box and [Enter], Open any found items. Move on to the next Provider. Repeat.

Do any of them open an Email Properties dialog instead of a Contact form?

I don't know what 'address book provider' means.
however, explain what different results will mean, and how this will solve the problem
