Haven't used a Palm for a while, but IIRC that option was a Palm setting?

Outlook only adds the country code if you tell it to. If it creates a

problem with your sync software, then the problem is with your sync

software, not Outlook. Outlook follows standard formatting conventions,

which of course it must.

Moral of the story: never use the check phone # button. It will screw up the

number formatting.

The dialing options are for dialing, not formatting.

I have a similar problem. For some reason many numbers have +1 added. Not all.

What is the "never use the check phone # button"? What and where is this? In outlook or in Blackberry?

I have looked in both my Outlook 2010 and my Blackberry Torch 9080 and can not find anything checked to add country code. The instructions above done't lead me to it.

Would appreciate any help.

Thanks.

It's in outlook. the buttons beside the phone field are the check number buttons - don't touch them. See Phone number formatting for screenshots and more information.
