Mass Printing to a 'Category'

I want to print labels or envelopes to a single category group (can have
hundresdes of individual contacts). CAN ANYBODY HELP? At least to directing
me to where the instructions can be found. Thanks!!
 
You can do this, but it takes a "work around". Make a new folder in your
contacts. I called my by the Category name. I sorted by the category,
selected (highlighted)all the names I wanted to mail to. From the edit menu,
I clicked copy to folder. I copied the selected contacts to the new folder.
Then, I used the tools menu to complete the merge while working in the new
folder. When I was done, I deleted the new folder. It looks like from the
tools menu you can just use the selected contacts, but I never was able to
make that work. By the way, I am sort of new to Outlook. Older users might
have better information. I will keep watching for more replies.
