I am trying to use Outlook Rules to send automatic out of office replies to customers via a Pop3 account.
I need to send the replies on receipt of a PayPal payment advice. Such mails from the PayPal address [payment at paypal.com] are sent on behalf of the customer.
When I manually reply to such an email in Outlook, it automatically puts the customer's email in the To box. In the incoming mail headers, the customer's email address is under the From header.
When using the Rules, Outlook sends the reply to the PayPal address [Return-Path: payment at paypal.com] and not to the customer.
Is there any way around this in Outlook? I can find no option in the Rules to send to a particular header address such as Reply-To or From
