I am trying to set up a game wherein participants respond to questions and get auto responses based on their answers.

First question - I don't have an Exchange Server, so will auto responding with templates still work?

Second question - I found a reference indicating that responses are only sent once per sender per session of Outlook. This is a big problem for my needs since players of the game will be sending in multiple emails during any given day. Any suggestions on how to work around this limitation?

1. Yes. you can use templates. You'll create a message, save it as a template then set up the rule.

2. Memory says one option will send repeat responses but my outlook is crashed so i can't double check. If my memory is bad, then no, there is no way to avoid one response per session.
