Outlook 2016 rules not working

After manually clicked to run the rule immediately, nothing happened as expected.
When the new mails arrives, still the rule was not working either.

Rule: the sender's mail contains some characters such as @abc.com to move to some folder.
Yes, the account is configured with the IMAP rather than the POP3.
