Unable to locate mispelled autocorrect suggestion

When composing an email, when typing in a partial name, the autocorrect feature suggests the spelling of a name that is misspelled. I have checked the autocorrect settings, custom dictionary and even the registry, to locate and correct or remove the misspelled entry. No joy.

Any suggestions on what coulda, shoulda be done next...
 
Are we talking about a spelling function in the message body or the autocomplete list that comes up when you type in the To field? If it's in the To field, select it using the arrow keys then press Delete key to remove it.

Diane,

It's in the body of the message, and not the to field. When I type in my name in closing, the autocomplete feature shows the wrong spelling of my name, which I don't know how it got it, and would like to get it fixed.
 
Did you also check the AutoText entries? This is on the Insert ribbon in Outlook 2010, under Quick Parts. Right click on an entry to delete it.
