Changing the way the month is displayed iin monthly view - HELP!

Is there a way to display the current week as the top line in monthly view?

Display this week and the next three weeks. Maybe call it "next three weeks" view.

Currently using Outlook 2010
 
What I meant was this week on the top and the next four weeks since it displays five weeks in monthly view anyway.

No, sorry, you can't create a view that has this week at the top - Outlook is like a paper calendar in that the default views are static. You'll need to scroll the view each time you open the calendar if you want this week on top.
