Office 365 Outlook changing default contact folder

  1. When I click on "People" and a panel opens on left side with several of my contacts folders (unfortunately none of the public folder contacts folders). The default contacts folder seems to randomly change. Or maybe changes to last one used. Is there a way to force it always default to a specific one?
