Hi,

Does anyone know the rollout schedule for the outlook.com EAS to Office 365 Exchange mail account migration? All searches indicate that most accounts should have been moved from outlook.com to Outlook Mail by now. Any updates on progress or issues preventing migration of accounts from EAS to O365?

Update March 21 2016: Microsoft is now accepting requests. If your account is not blocked by any constraints, including sharing a calendar or syncing with a Windows Phone, opting in will speed things up but it really depends on unknown issues on the back-end.
 
I have had one desktop (outlook.com account) updated about 4-5 days ago, but not another (same location, both configured in similar way - mix of POP3 and outlook.com, but different email accounts on each). The one still on MAPI has an Outlook.com and a Hotmail.com and a POP3 account.

But a question I had meant to ask long ago, is what to do with outlook.com accounts that are on different devices - especially mobile phones.

account #1 A@outlook.com is synchronized on a Windows Phone 8.1, a Windows 10 tablet, and a Windows 10 laptop; account #2 B@outlook.com is synchronized on a Windows Phone 8.1, and an iPad (using both Outlook and Apple Mail apps).
The Windows 10 devices above have Mail only and (one) Mail and Outlook
Is the same procedure suitable? - when receive and send of emails cease, remove the account, restart the device, add the email account again.
