How do I download into separate folders the categorized email using a flash drive?:confused:
 
I hoped there was an easier way like creating a folder then downloading to a flash drive w/o dragging . I have 4 categories of approx. 100 emails in each category. Trying to make it easier. Any help? Thanks, itchymitchy
