Hi

First a little info on our setup:
Exchange 2013 CU8
Outlook 2013 full client 32 bit
Windows 7 64 bit Roaming profile

Problem:

When users reviews invites from the outside of the company they in some cases arrive as regular mail, internally when we send invites to meetings they functions as they are supposed to.

Are all outside invites affected? That generally means the sender's server stripped the TNEF data that is normally included in the invites. The sender should have outlook set to always use iCalendar format for internet addresses. (Options > Calendar)

It's also possible the an antivirus scanner removed the TNEF data - either on your end or the sender's - using ical format for internet addresses will solve it.

http://www.slipstick.com/exchange/cmdlets/blocking-tnef-exchange-server/ shows how to check it on the server (the sender's, not yours). If they use Office 365 Exchange, it has no tnef to the internet enabled by default.

Thanks for the answer.

No not all are affected, but it think the answer you gave me is the right one, ill get back on the ASAP, If you should know the GPO to set that for all users in my own organisation that will help us a lot, but set it on the Exchange would be even better.
