Remove iCloud so I can have original outlook calendar and contacts

Sign out of iCloud app. It was ask if you want to make a local copy. Since you don’t plan to use iCloud on this computer, say yes to the local copy. This will either create a new pst file with the iCloud calendar and contacts or copy them into your current data file, naming the folders ‘ from iCloud’. You can clean up the duplicates and move them into the default folder then delete the ‘from iCloud’ folders.

Signing out should remove the iCloud data file from the profile. If not, delete it from file, account settings, data files.

FWIW, your experience isn’t typical - iCloud generally works well. The usual problem is outlook disables the addin because it loads slow, which is easy to fix.

SAME ISSUE, messed up, should have not transferred my 2010 outlook files to Icloud, now how do I export them back to outlook2010?

Selected all files, calendars, notes, contacts. and etc.

Anyone help me!

You should only have calendar, contacts and tasks in the icloud. (Sticky) Notes are not supported.

There are two ways to do this:

1. untick the option in icloud control panel to sync outlook - when it asks if you want to make a backup, say yes. Everything in icloud will be added to the mailbox, in folders labeled like this 'Contacts in icloud". You can select all and move to the regular folder. This keeps copies in icloud so you have them on your phone.

2. Select the contents of each icloud folder, use the move to folder command and move them to the folder in your mailbox. This will remove them from the phone - if you want them on the phone, use copy. however, if you get any error messages, you wont know which ones moved already and may end up with duplicates.
