Reply all in Outlook 2010 not working

Hello all,

Let me introduce myself first, Myself RVR. Ramana working as a Technical Team lead in Fujitsu Corp. Recently i migrated from XP to Windows 7 and Office 2007 to Office 2010. i ain't found any issue till now as its been 5 months or so. past 4 days found an error whenever i am selecting "Reply All" option in ribbon. at bottom of the status bar i am getting Error " The connection to Microsoft Exchange is Unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action. But i got update saying no issue with the server. Am attaching snapshot of same. Your comments will be much appreciated.

Hi,

This happens only with "Reply All". Reply is working fine.

Whose addresses are on the address lines? It sounds like it might be trying to check the GAL to resolve the addresses. Are you using cached mode? See if the offiline address book has downloaded - in the address bar of windows explorer, type or paste %localappdata%\Microsoft\outlook and press enter - that will open you to the correct folder.
