Oulook Size On a Desktop Screen

I have two computers and one of the screens is larger that then the other one....and its the computer from the larger screen that all my form are created.....so thru Microsoft Exchange, all contacts and forms come to another computer but since the screen is smaller, I can't see everything at the same time.....is there a way to zoom the entire outlook that is opened to a smaller look so I can see everything on the screen?
