Good morning to everybody

I have an instalation problem with bcm ........

Everytime i am trying to install it on my pc a dialog box is apearing saying that bcm is extracting files on the pc , when the bar is full the dialog box disapear , then i am runing outlook and ..........nothing hapens !!!! No instalation of bcm , no nothing!!!!!

I am using 64bit win 7 home premium on a i3 laptop

My office version is for home and small business 2010 ........

Any help please?
