Yes, it seems that Outlook.com supports only one Contacts list, regardless of the protocol used in the Outlook client account. I did review your forum entry on using a PST file to save the non-mail components, which I did. However, only the EAS account would not let me create a Contacts subfolder, probably because it wouldn't synced with Outlook.com. What I like about EAS is that it will sync all of the folders, whereas IMAP only syncs the mail. I guess I could merge the two contact lists into one by assigning a different category to the entries in each list and just sort them by category. But so far, the IMAP account seems to be working, and all of my other issues have been resolved. It's been a great learning experience thanks to all of the informative forum entries that you authored.
