emails disapear from outlook 2010 inbox

We have exchange server 2003. I have a user "dispatch" and this user is set up on two different PCs. One PC is Windows 7 running Outlook 2003 and is fine, but the PC running windows 7 with Outlook 2010 was fine when I set it up last week, but now the emails appear in the inbox, than after about 15 seconds disappear? I reset view tab. Junk mail is set to low, but emails are not in there anyhow?
