Here is one I don't understand.
I am operating a dual BIOS set up with two operating systems (both Windows 7) and a common Data drive which houses the .PST file for Outlook 2007. Here comes the weird one I can't figure out. When I view the same .PST file from both operating systems they don't show the same emails. How can that be? I can say with absolute certainty I am viewing the same PST file. Is there something that could be different in the viewing options or setup?
 
Unless you have a filter set to show mail by accounts (because each account is probably seen as a separate account), I don't understand it either. Verify the path in each profile is pointing to the same pst - Tools, Account Settings, Data Files tab. Select the pst and click the open folder button to open Explorer to that folder.
