Every 5 minutes I get an ICS error

Outlook version
Email Account

Every five minutes I get the following pop-up:

Enter your user name and password to download: http://publish.smartsheet.com/9f5f78693a864a64beab973d69e9a380.ics

We cancelled our subscription to SmartSheet, which is when the errors commenced but I think it's rooted into my Outlook/registry or something; how do I fix?
