Dear experts

An user is reporting that after changing aprox 800 contact in Offline mode the changes were not synched.
The user connected to the remote database but the local changes were discarded.

As far as I know the synch process is running in the background and only when conflicts arise a small window pops-up giving the user the option to correct it (basically the local changes should be written to the remote DB or the contacts from the remote DB should be implemented locally).

Did anyone else experienced this issue?

Yes, it's an isolated case and a new issue because only one user reported it.
