Outlook rule, specific words, not specific words

Outlook 2010 64 bit

Is there a way to setup a rule for any subject with a specific phrase (like red dog) but ALSO without a specific word (like tree).
so: red dog fire hydrant
would be a trigger, but
red dog tree
would not be a trigger.
