I'm running Outlook 2016 desktop with Windows 10. I noticed my rule isn't automatically processing incoming mail. I've read "old" posts that talk about corrupted rules and/or mailboxes, but nothing referencing Outlook 2016. I doubt that I have a corruption issue since my install is less than 60 days old. The rule has 10 variables and acts on the "junk" folder. I can use the "Run Rules Now" option and it works fine. It's a simple rule to conditionally permanently delete mail from the junk folder. I also have the "stop processing" flag checked; however, this is the only rule I have active. I really don't want to start "hacking" around in the srs or other potential files. Looking for any insight to resolve.
