Hello, I use Outlook 365 for Mac. I am on a 2010 exchange server.

Since November, when ever I receive an email from a govt. customer who has a digitally signed email, it takes up to 2 minutes for the email to open. If I go online and use Outlook Web App (OWA) the response to open these emails is instant. I have no problems whatsoever to open any other email. Any input would be great.
