If you are not using the Outlook Connector, you can uninstall it via Control
Panel-> Add/Remove Programs (Windows XP) or via Uninstall a Program (Windows
Vista and Windows 7).
Make sure you first remove any Outlook Connector account from your mail
profile in Outlook via Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> Next
However, the Outlook Connector is not known to cause such startup delays.
Did you troubleshoot the other add-ins already as per the link I gave you in
my original reply?
