Inbox not showing to deliver new email to this account

Hi guys. I have two POP a/c's using Outlook 2016 on Win10/64
One is a personal a/c where I receive most of my emails. It is my default a/c.
The other is a business a/c hosted by a web company and I have an info@ address.
I just had to (successfully) rebuild and I am receiving my emails in the two accounts but I want to receive all emails in my personal a/c like previously. In Account settings/Email accounts I browse to make "the selected account deliver emails to the following location".
Basically I click on my business a/c and try to point the delivery of emails to my personal a/c (like it did previously). The problem is I cannot see my Inbox showing on my personal account. All the other folders show but not my Inbox. I try to add a folder called Inbox but get told that it is already there.
I tried the other usual methods to do it but with no success
Hence could you advise how I can make my emails in my business a/c get delivered to my personal a/c please.
 
Try restarting Outlook using the resetfolders switch and see if that helps.

Close Outlook. Right-click on the Start button and choose Run or press Windows key + R to open the Run command. Type or paste the following into the Open field and press Enter or click OK to restart Outlook. (There is a space before /.)

outlook.exe /resetfolders

This will reset the folder assignments to the default folders for the account and recreate any missing folders.
 
I really appreciate your help Diane. I did what you suggest with no luck. After the reset I click on my info@ file and "change folder" to "deliver messages to the following location" in my personal file which is my default file. It asks what folder I want to deliver the messages into. I can see only "Junk" and "Saved messages". I cannot see my Inbox but it is there because I cannot make a new folder called Inbox. I also cannot see my Deleted, Drafts or Outbox so it is almost like they are being hidden.
I have created a new folder called Info where the messages will be delivered. At least that will make it somewhat easier than having to open my info address to get the messages. If I can't get the problem fixed I can live with that

If you click Change folder on the other account, do you only see the junk and saved messages folder?
